Flossing with Chlorhexidine Research Study

Study Objectives:
- To determine if dental floss coated with 0.12% chlorhexidine is more effective at reducing the sings of gingivitis such as bleeding, than dental floss alone.
- To determine if the substantivity of the 0.12% chlorhexidine would aid the clinet, who did not habitually floss on a daily basis, maintain gingival health .
- To determine if dental floss coated with chlorhexidine is an effective and acceptable method for clients to use to treat their gingivitis, without the side effects of chlorhexidine mouthrinses.
