Ways to Help

The Canadian Foundation for Dental Hygiene Research and Education (CFDHRE) has the potential to create numerous opportunities for the dental hygiene profession and benefits for the Canadian public. There are many ways you can help!

Make A Donation

Contribute to the Foundation through tax deductible donations. Tax receipts for donations over $10 will be mailed upon receipt of the donation.

Contribute Your Knowledge

Develop a strong research base by submitting your dental hygiene research to CDHA's professional publication, Canadian Journal for Dental Hygiene or for inclusion in CDHA's web-based Research Centre. Speak about the Foundation at a conference, work group or public meeting. Write a news release for your local newspaper or give a presentation during National Dental Hygienists Week.

Volunteer Your Time

From time to time, the Foundation seeks people who are dedicated and want to provide input, guidance or assistance through participation on committees. If you have spare time and are interested in volunteering, please contact the Foundation Office at foundation@cdha.ca

Fundraise through Special Events

Would you like to promote the Foundation and have some fun at the same time? CDHA is preparing a Kit of fundraising ideas and special events that you could host to raise funds for the Foundation. Why not challenge fellow dental hygienists to organize an event in support of the Foundation?
