2005 Events

Over 400 delegates joined in the celebration of dental hygienists and the profession of dental hygiene during CDHA's 16th Annual Professional Conference, held in Ottawa from June 17 to 19, 2005.

The Saturday Evening Gala festivities included a fundraiser for the Canadian Foundation for Dental Hygiene Research and Education. After browsing through the many wonderful items up for bid during the silent auction, many raised their hands in support of dental hygiene research and education. The evening also featured cheque presentations for those making donations to the Foundation.

Over $16,000 was raised for the Foundation and an enjoyable evening was had by all.
