Have You Seen This? An Overview of Oral Pathology

Our clients present with many interesting conditions including caries, gingivitis, periodontitis, and yes, pathologic conditions. Most pathoses are benign, but all pathology requires attention. This presentation will focus on common and uncommon benign lesions, infectious diseases, and systemic conditions with oral manifestations. Risk factors, etiology, differential diagnosis, and treatment options will be discussed. Dental professionals play a major role in educating their clients about oral findings.
