In 2006, CDHA hosted its 17th Annual Professional Conference, “Endless Opportunities...Create Yours”. The conference was held at the Shaw Conference Centre, June 16-18, 2006 in Edmonton, Alberta.
The Saturday Evening Gala Event and Silent Auction Fundraiser was a resounding success. The Silent Auction held in benefit of the Canadian Foundation for Dental Hygiene Research and Education helped raise more than $21,750 which included the proceeds from a raffle for a Cavitron Jet Plus ultrasonic scaling system, provided courtesy of DENTSPLY Canada.
